You can use your preferred Windows gamepad to regulate a variety of apps with Joytokey, including Browser browsers and Windows Explorer. It will emulate keypad strokes or rat input based upon stick input, so that the goal application works as if you have used a real keyboard or mouse.
The app allows you to create multiple configuration files to switch across different key / mouse assignments. A great aspect of Joytokey is it supports involuntary interaction with destination apps, so that the configuration folder will switch automatically when the goal app changes.
