Aegis for Windows

Aegis is a superb small game that is able to block the telemetry and information collection benefits in Windows 7 and 8. It can also disable Windows 10 update requests and alters the Windows product settings to delete certain information collection functions.

Aegis is a non – engaging Windows playscript, which once run on windows 8 and 7, will affect the system settings and system registry to disable Windows ‘ tracking features, and strip Windows 10 update requests.

Telematics updates can be blocked by Aegis, and proposed alerts are hidden from view. When the Aegis script is running, it can identify any installed telemetry-related Windows updates and remove them individually while also setting up the system to quickly hide any updates that could compromise users protection.

It is worth noting that Windows updates are hardly blocked absolutely, but involuntary tweaks are immediately disabled. You will still be notified about any around tweaks before downloading and installing them.

Even though Aegis is a fantastic device, it would be beneficial if it had an intuitive user interface so that new users could choose an easier method rather than using the command prompt. For all modifications to have effect, Aegis must make run with administrative privileges.

Before making any changes as Aegis changes the program configuration, it is advised that you first create a restore point and Data backup.
